Quick-bite Asian spots, food courts and asian fast-food counters are built for speed: order at the counter, pay up front, and food usually comes out within a few minutes. Combo meals with a main, a side and a drink are common and generally the best value. Food courts and food halls group several counters under one roof and let you mix orders from different vendors at shared seating, which is useful for groups with different cravings. Noodle shops and dumpling counters often sell by the dozen or by weight rather than as fixed plates, so check the board before ordering. Most of these spots take cards and mobile pay, and tipping is optional at counter service, though a jar for the staff is common.

Always a fan of the Liberty Public Market! There are so many options here of things to eat. Its all kind of overpriced that is the only downfall. We love the sushi place and the empanadas we almost always get that when we go. There is a craft beer bar there as well that I am a huge fan of they have great beer on tap. There are ciders and a full bar as well if youre not looking for beer. Definitely check this place out, its great to go for a walk near the water after and watch the planes take off. Cheers friends 🍺🍻

This market has a wide variety of shops and eateries, sure to please any taste or interest. Even if you don't shop, it is a beautiful area to walk around, or you can sit and relax in the parks on one of the many benches. The building still have their original naval designations like "Barracks" but most of them have been upgraded and are very nice.

A very nice market with a mix of food, shops, and vintage vendors. We got to try the viral crab Rangoon rolls, and they were really delicious. We also ordered halo-halo shaved ice from the bubble tea shop, which was a fun treat. There’s plenty of parking, but it can get busy, so it’s good to keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a nice spot to walk around, grab food, and check out the different shops.

A fun place to come to in San Diego! My family and I came during our trip to San Diego. It was neat having a wide variety of dinning options that we could each get what we want and then come together to enjoy our meal. A melting pot of cuisines! Something for everyone to enjoy: pizza, burgers, ramen, tacos, ice cream, smoothies, Mediterranean, pasta, sandwiches, empanadas, fried chicken and more.
